Our maximum capacity is 250 guests inside our barn, but there is no guest count limit for outside events!


Your rental includes;

  • 24 Round tables (60" in diameter)
  • White Linens for all of our round tables
  • Chairs 
  • 12 Church Pews 
  • 4 Barrels for decoration
  • Use of the property inside & Out 
  • 4 restrooms are available for use with running water and electricity (Two are located outside our barn)


No, rehearsal time can be added at $350 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 3 hours. 

  • For rehearsal dinners featuring sit-down meals and guest counts greater than 30, liability insurance is required.


Hawks Run Estate offers different hour rentals to accommodate your event, our four options are;

  • Hourly Rentals: Minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 5 hours 

             (Pricing available for Monday through Thursday rentals Only)


  • Day Rentals: Hawks Run will be available to you from 7:00 am until 12:00 am.


  • Weekend Rental (Friday & Saturday): Hawks Run will be available to you on Friday from 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm and Saturday from 7:00 am until 12:00 am.


  • Full Weekend Rental (Friday, Saturday & Sunday): Available for your use at the same hours as our "weekend rental" and on Sunday from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.


At Hawks Run, we do not have a lodge available for your stay, and camping is not permitted.


Damage deposits of $700 are required, which will be refunded after your event if no damage is caused.


  • We allow alcohol to be served at events at Hawks Run, you must hire a licensed bartender to serve alcohol, and alcohol must not remain on the premises after your bartender leaves.
  • Hawks Run does not charge a corkage fee for guests or bartenders. 
  • Permits will need to be obtained by you or your bartender if alcohol will be sold at your event.
  •  Hawks Run does not provide any bar supplies for your event. A copy of your contract will be requested 30 days before your event for the hours of alcohol serving.


Our barn has a heating system for wintertime and we are working hard to install an A/C system for summer 2023!  


You can certainly bring your own cooked and ready-to-serve food as well as non-alcoholic beverages. A residential-size fridge with a freezer is available for your use to store your items, ice is not provided.

  • All food needs to be kept warm in electric food warmers (No disposable Chafing Dishes) 
  • No cooking allowed on the premises 


Yes, we do! We work with many talented people for different services and events. We encourage using our preferred vendors, as we have all of their information, and they know our rules. However, we do not require you to use our vendors, and we do not charge additional fees for not utilizing them.


Yes, for ANY event (s) we require:

  1. $1,000,000 Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Limits
  2. $1,000,000 Host Liquor Liability $1,000,000 (If alcohol is served at your event) 

You can get this coverage through your vehicle, renter, or mortgage insurance company.


All music and alcohol need to be stopped at 11:00 pm for day rentals and an hour prior for hourly rentals. 


No, We like to give our guests privacy. However, our venue coordinator will meet with you on the day of your event at your arrival time to do a walk-through. 

  • Our coordinator will be available via phone for any emergency.


After you have chosen your day(s) and time(s), then a contract will be written up and sent electronically for signature. We charge a 30% down payment on your total venue price that will be due after signing your contract. Your remaining amount is due 6 months before your event when you book more than 180 days in advance.

  • Full venue payment will be required for bookings scheduled less than 180 days prior to your event date plus a damage security deposit if booked less than 60 days in advance.


Our team will work with you to reschedule if necessary. However, if your event is canceled fully more than 90 days from your event date, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Please note that we will retain the entire amount if you cancel less than 90 days before your event. 
  • Should Hawks Run Estate suffer from a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances, the entire amount of any payments made will be reimbursed.


We do not require security personnel, but you are more than welcome to bring your own


Yes, we do! 

  • 5 % off your rental amount for cash payments.
  • 5 % off for active military personnel (Cannot be combined with any other offer)
